Sakina Samo Talks About the Failure of Her Love Marriage & Gives Advice to Divorced Women
Veteran Sakina Samo works as both a director and an actress in Pakistani drama. She has a reputation for playing the most lifelike roles on screen and has worked behind the scenes on a number of projects. Sakina Samo has also been actively advocating for Gaza and speaking out against the oppression of women.
During her visit on Madeha Naqvi's show, Sakina Samo shared her story of a failed marriage and offered guidance to individuals contemplating a second marriage who have children. Sakina stated that while she is aware that Islamic law permits women to remarry, she believes that if a woman is a mother of children, she should prioritize raising her children above getting married again. Sakina believes that marriage is a necessity for many women who depend on men for their financial well-being. Stepparents are terrible for kids, so she also advised divorced men to follow this advice.
She talked about her own marriage as well. She disclosed that she had been in a love marriage and that she had fallen in love with her ex-husband because of his kindness, but that kindness would eventually fade as the person opened up.
