Veteran TV and movie actor Faisal Rehman is well-known for his superb and sophisticated acting roles in a number of popular dramas and films. Besharam, Vasl, Aatish, Gumrah, Shahpar, Ghulam Gardish, Aur Zindagi Badalti Hai, Manay Na Yeh Dil, Khamoshiyan, Malaal, and Kaisi Aurat Hoon Main are some of his well-known dramas. Recently, YouTuber Ambreen Fatima and senior journalist Faisal Rehman had a brief interview. He discussed the criticism of his shirtless video in the interview. He talked candidly about his acting career and marriage as well.
Faisal Rehman discussed it, saying, “Yes, it caused backlash. In fact, people have been observing me for so long that they believe I am elderly and near death. However, by sharing these videos, I hope to demonstrate that I can still play strong parts, albeit not necessarily those of young characters. No matter how positive you get, people will still criticize you. People speak from the heart, so I don’t listen to such criticism. Yes, I am aware that there was a great deal of criticism. I’m going to post another video soon that will be larger than the last one, so I want the criticism to come.
