Amber Khan Regarding Having Forced to Work

The actress appeared on Samaa TV’s Subh Ka Samaa morning show today, which was hosted by Madeha Naqvi. Amber Khan talked candidly on the show about her mother guilt and how her financial difficulties compelled her to work in the media.
She stated, “I felt guilt when I entered showbiz with a newborn child. It was due to personal or financial motives that I had to enter showbiz; otherwise, I would have entered the media sector long before my marriage. I once worked and appeared in some commercials, but I wanted to quit as I often missed my daughter. During that period, I would hope that my daughter wouldn’t feel my absence, and I often reassured myself that money would simplify our lives. After 11 years, I became pregnant again. I was proposed to join Family Front, but I declined since I had waited a long time for a child. I entrusted it to Allah. When my second daughter was born, I wasn’t keen on entering showbiz, but my husband insisted I needed to work due to financial needs. I longed to remain at home, yet I was unable to.
