Arshad Nadeem Turned Down Foreign Offers for Pakistan

During 2016, Pakistani javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem has been working hard to establish himself as a notable player in the sport. From the Commonwealth Games to the Asian Games, the World Championships, the Islamic Solidarity Games, the Asian Junior Championships, and the Olympics, he has won a lot of medals. He made Pakistan proud by winning the gold medal at the most recent Olympics in Paris in 2024, which is especially remarkable. Arshad Nadeem’s incredible javelin throw of 92.97 meters sealed the victory, which is historic as it represents Pakistan’s first gold medal in 40 years.

During his appearance on Wasi Shah’s Neo News show a few days ago, Arshad Nadeem shared a wealth of information about his struggles as a single person and offers from overseas.

Arshad Nadeem stated, “Even if I am not getting the success I would like, my game is for Pakistan,” in reference to offers from overseas countries. I was approached by several foreign countries with offers, but I turned them down for my home country. UK, UAE, Turkey, and Uzbekistan made me offers. Although I openly stated that I will only play for Pakistan, I am a brand ambassador in Uzbekistan. This is the link to the video that the elite athlete gave eight weeks prior to embarking on his most lucrative tour of Paris. Look at it, please:
