Three months after marrying Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain, Dania Shah filed for divorce. Dania Shah became a highly controversial figure after disclosing the private film that her husband, Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain, had made. After the purported video leak controversy, Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain suffered greatly and eventually passed away. Several cases, including property cases, were brought against Dania Shah after Dr. Aamir Liaquat passed away.
Dania Shah just got married to Hakeem Shehzad, her attorney, who has represented her in all of her trials. In a recent interview, the couple addressed criticism directed towards their marriage to Urdu Point.
Speaking about it, Dania Shah’s husband mentioned that Dania’s father was present at this Nikah. Dania Shah added that she needed a life partner and that she made a deliberate choice to marry Hakeem Shehzad, even if their relationship has just been nikahfied thus far.
“I took her case and uploaded a video after which I faced a lot of trolling, people bashed me for taking her case,” Dania’s husband remarked in reference to her. They were being quite hostile to her, saying things like, “Shame on you, you are protecting a murderer, a bad woman,” but I thought she was the complete opposite of that trolling. She married him since she was such a pure and devout woman.
He continued, “When her mother called me about the matter, I told her that although I would fight for her, I would first perform Nikah with her so that I could be her support system, much like a Mehram. I didn’t want to represent her in court as my friend. Our society has been destroyed by this friend culture; in Pakistan, marriage is mocked, yet it is OK for celebrities to leave their homes at 4:00 a.m. in order to film a drama. In Pakistan, getting married again is illegal. I have recently tied the knot with Dania Shah; this is my fourth marriage, which I freely declare to be a sin, as I have now committed this sin four times. Dania Shah responded to the trolls by saying, “I am very happy with my second marriage and I have no answer for the haters.
